Limitless Leaf Inc. Effective Date: March 24, 2026
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Limitless Leaf Inc. online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received;
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required;
- Returns must be initiated through our customer service portal or by contacting us at William@limitlessleaf.com.
3. Non-Returnable Items All items are eligible for return within the 30-day window with no exceptions other than those prohibited by law.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange pickup where possible.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- A 10–20% restocking fee may apply to returns of large furniture items (determined at the time of return).
6. Exchanges Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day window subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items / Shipping Issues If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a shipping error:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging;
- We will arrange for pickup (where applicable), replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
8. Manufacturer Warranties Furniture and certain other products carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the individual product page for specific warranty details. This policy does not affect your rights under any applicable manufacturer warranty.
9. International Orders We do not ship internationally. All sales are for delivery within the United States only.
10. Third-Party Fulfillment Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners. Return and refund procedures remain the same; we coordinate directly with fulfillment partners on your behalf.
